The massage is a combination of the traditional ayurvedic stroking massage (abhyanga), yoga stretches to open and align the body, as well as the use of strategic acupressure points to activate the various systems of the body (e.g. nervous, digestive and respiratory systems)
Asana
An asana is defined as a posture which gives steadiness and comfort. Steadiness will come when your attention is fixed either on the breath or sensations in the part of the body being worked upon or on the body movement in certain asanas. An asana can be perfected by learning to hold the posture in relaxation (relaxing unnecessary effort and tension).
My Terrace Garden
I freelance out of my residence in Mahim. My room is beautifully set up for massage and opens out into a delightful little terrace garden. The garden is also the perfect place for practising yoga.
